Use of Google Maps

We use Google Maps on this website. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”). This enables us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.

You can find more information about data processing by Google in the Google privacy policy: HTTPS://POLICIES.GOOGLE.COM/PRIVACY. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection center.

Detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in connection with Google products can be found here: HTTPS://WWW.DATALIBERATION.ORG.

This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data is assigned directly to your account.

If you do not want to be assigned to your Google profile, you must log out of Google before activating the button. Google saves your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its websites. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right.

Revocation of consent:

The provider does not currently offer any option for a simple opt-out or for blocking data transfer. If you want to prevent your activities on our website from being tracked, please revoke your consent for the corresponding cookie category or all technically unnecessary cookies and data transfers in the cookie consent tool. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, a connection is established to YouTube servers. YouTube is informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

When a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube can be found in the provider’s privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights and setting options for protecting your privacy (HTTPS://POLICIES.GOOGLE.COM/PRIVACY).

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. The operator of the Google AdWords services is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords will place a cookie on your computer. The cookie for conversion tracking is placed when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google.

If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across AdWords customers’ websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

SECUPAY ONLINE PAYMENTS

The controller has integrated the components secupay.Kreditkarte as well as SOFORT and PayPal via secupay from secupay AG (hereinafter “secupay”), Goethestr. 6, 01896 Pulsnitz, on this website. secupay is a payment institution within the meaning of the Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG) and is registered with the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), Graurheindorfer Str. 108, 53117 Bonn (registration number: 126737) and enables cashless payment for products and services on the Internet.

Secupay is a process through which the purchase price claim is assigned to secupay. This enables a retailer to deliver goods, services or downloads to the customer immediately after the order has been placed.

If, as the data subject, you select “credit card”, “SOFORT” or “PayPal” as a payment option during the ordering process in our online shop, your data will be automatically transmitted to secupay. By selecting this payment option, you consent to the transmission of personal data required for payment processing.

When processing payment by credit card, you as the buyer transmit the payment method data to secupay. secupay then carries out a technical check of the risk of payment default. The online retailer is then automatically informed of the transaction result.

The personal data exchanged with secupay includes first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number or other data that is necessary for payment processing. The data is transmitted for the purpose of payment processing and fraud prevention. The data controller will also transmit other personal data to secupay if there is a legitimate interest in the transmission. The personal data exchanged between secupay and the data controller may be transmitted by secupay to credit agencies. This transmission is for the purpose of identity and credit checks.

Secupay may pass on personal data to affiliated companies and service providers or subcontractors if this is necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations or if the data is to be processed on behalf of them.

You have the option of revoking your consent to secupay handling your personal data at any time. A revocation does not affect personal data that must be processed, used or transmitted for (contractual) payment processing. The applicable data protection regulations of secupay can be accessed at HTTPS://WWW.SECUPAY.COM/EN/PRIVACY .

When paying with Sofort via secupay, the online payment system of SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, D-80339 Munich, the data you provide during the ordering process is entered into the digital transfer form provided by SOFORT GmbH and, together with your online banking data (PIN and TAN), is transmitted in encrypted form by SOFORT GmbH to your bank for the execution of the transfer. Your online banking data is not stored by the controller, secupay, or by SOFORT GmbH. SOFORT GmbH is part of the Klarna Group (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden). You can access the privacy policy via the following link: HTTPS://CDN.KLARNA.COM/1.0/SHARED/CONTENT/LEGAL/TERMS/0/DE_DE/PRIVACY.

When paying with PayPal via secupay, the online payment system of PayPal (Europe), S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, the bank details you have stored with PayPal will be used by PayPal for payment. Neither the controller nor secupay has access to this payment data. PayPal’s applicable data protection provisions can be found at HTTPS://WWW.PAYPAL.COM/DE/WEBAPPS/MPP/UA/PRIVACY-FULL.

You can reach our customer service from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 035 955 – 7550 – 75 or via email at INFO@SECUPAY.COM.
