Would you like to come to us with your stag or hen party or a large group?

Then please make sure that you visit us “sober”, in the interest of all our guests.

Guests under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted.

How long does a round of 3D mini golf take and do I have unlimited time to play?

Depending on the number of participants, plan for approximately 45 – 120 minutes.

The maximum playing time per round is 120 minutes.

At what age can you play without adult supervision?

From the age of 16 you can come alone. Younger guests must bring at least one adult companion (JuSchG §4).

Can we take bags/backpacks into the hall?

No. We have lockers that can also hold your jackets/helmets.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.

Do we have to wear special shoes?

No.

Can I still play in the Glowing Rooms if I can't see 3D?

Yes, of course! Our 360° paintings are an experience even in 2D.

I wear glasses. Will the 3D glasses fit over them?

We have 3D glasses in different sizes. Even ones that fit over your own glasses.

We would like to change or cancel our booking. What do we need to consider?

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the game. Please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Our PAYMENT CONDITIONS apply .

If you just want to edit your booking, simply use the separate change link.

about children (e.g. minimum age & youth protection law) & children's birthdays

Adults and children usually have different ideas about fun and noise. That’s why we have special rules for the little ones among the minigolfers in the group – so that everyone has the same amount of fun playing.

How old do you have to be to play 3D blacklight mini golf?

Children under 6 years old cannot play with us .

Children should be at least 10 years old to be able to play successfully with us. Please understand that this is also in the interest of our “grown-up” guests.

Children up to and including 15 years of age are not allowed to stay with us without adult supervision. (JuSchG §4)

From Monday to Thursday, one adult plays for every 4 children/young.people. From Friday to Sunday, one adult plays for every 2 children/young people. This also applies to public holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions here.

Young people aged 16 and over can play without supervision.

Are there special times when children can play with us?

Yes, there are: The following times are available for children in the Glowing Rooms:

Monday – Thursday: all day (except holidays)
Friday: No admission for children’s groups (e.g. birthdays)
Saturday: No admission for children’s groups (e.g. birthdays)
Sunday: No admission for children’s groups (e.g. birthdays)

Children in a family group (e.g. 2 adults and 2 children) are exempt from this.

We would like to celebrate a child's birthday with you. What do we need to take into account?

We do not offer a special offer for your child’s birthday party.

Children must be at least 10 years old to play with us as a birthday group or other children’s group.

Because of the high number of players at the weekend, it is only possible to celebrate children’s birthdays with us from Monday to Thursday.
Bringing your own food and drinks is also not permitted.

How many adults need to come along?

MONDAY-THUDAY ONE ADULT FOR EVERY FOUR CHILDREN PLAYS.

FRI-SO ALWAYS ONE ADULT PER TWO CHILDREN PLAYS.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions. Anyone over 16 is welcome to play without supervision.

What happens if we come anyway?

Unfortunately, we cannot then grant you entry. Please follow these rules – also for the sake of your children.
