By paying the entrance fee you accept these general terms and conditions.

The current prices and opening times can be found on the notice board at the cash desk, in our information sheets and on our website. Please follow the instructions of our staff regarding the end of gaming operations.

All rooms are equipped with a fire and smoke early warning system. Smoking is therefore strictly prohibited in all rooms, including the toilets. Failure to comply may trigger a false alarm. The costs for this will be borne by the person responsible.

Our facility is for exercise and play, which requires caution and mutual consideration towards other guests.

The operator assumes no responsibility for looking after the children. This lies solely with the accompanying person(s) .

All facilities in the facility may only be used in accordance with their intended purpose. The use of all play equipment and facilities is at your own risk, without prejudice to the operator’s obligation to keep the facility in a usable and safe condition. The operator accepts no liability for loss or damage to items brought along. The guest is liable, without proof of fault, for all material damage to the operator’s property caused by him, his person or the participants of the group event during the visit. The guest is obliged to report any damage to the rooms or inventory immediately. In the event of slightly negligent breaches of duty, the liability of the operator, its legal representatives and its vicarious agents is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical, immediate average damage.

The operator, its legal representatives and its vicarious agents are not liable for slightly negligent breaches of nonessential contractual obligations, the breach of which does not endanger the implementation of the event. Furthermore, the liability limitations do not apply in the event of physical injury or damage to health or loss of life of the guest that can be attributed to the operator. The guest indemnifies the operator against all disadvantages that may arise from third parties due to damaging actions by the guest – regardless of whether they were intentional or negligent.

Children aged 16 and over may visit the facility without being accompanied by an adult. The operator assumes no responsibility for supervising these children. Children under 16 may only visit the facility if accompanied by an adult.

If the maximum number of visitors is exceeded, the operator, its legal representatives and its vicarious agents can restrict access to further visitors. Waiting times are to be expected. General operation or parts of the facility can be temporarily restricted. Claims against the operator arising from these restrictions are excluded.

The use of the cloakroom and safe deposit boxes is at your own risk. The operator accepts no liability for lost items and clothing, even from closed containers. If the locker key is lost, a fee of €15.00 will be charged for its replacement. Lost property will be treated in accordance with legal regulations.

The instructions of the operator, his legal representatives and his vicarious agents must be followed without fail. Guests who act against the principles of these rules or do not follow instructions may, in individual cases, be temporarily or permanently excluded from using the facility. In this case, the game price will not be refunded.

In the interest of all guests, the operator, its legal representatives and its vicarious agents reserve the right to refuse entry to guests whose admission to the facility appears questionable (e.g. visibly intoxicated, etc.) without giving reasons.

Please return any borrowed items to the cash desk before leaving the facility. In the event of damage or loss, replacements must be paid for as per the notice. Filming and photography are permitted in our facilities. Photographs of strangers may only be taken with their consent. For commercial purposes and for the press, photography requires prior permission from the operator.

The controller has integrated the components secupay.
