In principle, every booking is binding and there is no right of withdrawal.
(According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal for consumers in the case of contracts which include the provision of further services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of such services).

However, in the interest of our customers, we offer the following options:

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling (with the same number of players) is possible free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the game, provided that a desired alternative date is available.
Rescheduling later than 12 hours before the start of the match is not possible.

FULL CANCELLATION

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the match. The amount already paid will be credited promptly to the means of payment used for the booking.
Cancellation later than 12 hours before the start of the match is not possible.
* There will be no refund of payments already made – cancellation fee 100% *

PARTIAL CANCELLATION / REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS

A partial cancellation (reduction in the number of players) is possible free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the game. In this case, the customer cancels the entire booking and then creates a new booking with the desired number of players. The amount already paid will be credited promptly to the payment method used for the booking.
A reduction in the number of players later than 12 hours before the start of the game is not possible.
* There will be no refund of payments already made for no-shows *

INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS

In this case, the client creates another booking for the additional players, provided that free capacities are available on the same date in the booking calendar. The original booking remains unaffected. If necessary, additional bookings can be made up to 30 minutes before or after the original play date. The bookings will then be combined on site by our staff and checked in as one group.

NO-SHOW / SIGNIFICANT LATE ARRIVAL

* No-shows for the play date will forfeit the play date without substitution – no refund will be given *.
* In case of delays of more than 15 minutes, our shift management will decide according to the booking situation whether a game can still be played on an accommodating basis.
